What Is Radio-Frequency Assisted Lipolysis?
FaceTite and BodyTite by Inmode are the first and only devices approved by the FDA to sculpt the face and body by removing hard-to-lose fat while simultaneously shrinking and tightening the skin. By utilizing Radio Frequency Assisted Lipolysis (RFAL), InMode technology can address a variety of aesthetic issues, from unwanted fat to loose and sagging skin.
RFAL is completely safe. During the process, Dr. West will ensure that the procedure is precisely controlled and delivers beautiful results without damaging the surrounding skin. Facetite and Bodytite treatments require very little downtime and provide long-lasting, surgical-like results.
As we age, our skin undergoes a multitude of changes. We develop fine lines and wrinkles; our skin becomes less elastic with more sagging and jowling. While facial plastic surgery can effectively address a variety of issues, not everyone is willing or able to undergo invasive surgery.
FaceTite is a minimally invasive procedure that can help you attain a younger, healthier facial appearance without the scars or downtime associated with surgical procedures. Using FDA-approved RFAL technology, FaceTite melts away fat, remodels the skin, and lifts and contours problem areas around the face. It is an ideal treatment option if you want to reduce the appearance of sagging skin or jowling in the face and neck without the scars, risk and recovery associated with a traditional neck and facelift.
FaceTite can be used to treat areas such as the:
- Double chin

BodyTite is an FDA-approved, minimally invasive body contouring treatment that uses radio frequency to break up fat cells and cause the skin to contract. The treatment addresses skin laxity that comes from aging, weight loss or pregnancy.
BodyTite is unique among other options because it tightens deeper tissues below the skin as well as the outside of the skin. BodyTite can successfully treat areas of skin laxity on the body such as:
- Abdomen and waist
- Thighs and hips
Michigan Center for Cosmetic Services offers of variety of body contouring options. In order to determine which procedure is best suited for your unique goals, budget and lifestyle, it’s crucial to meet personally with Dr. West in a confidential consultation. During this one-on-one meeting, Dr. West will listen to your goals, evaluate your physical condition and recommend the treatment that is right for you. Together, you will design a customized treatment plan tailored specifically for you.
AccuTite is an advanced minimally invasive face and body contouring system that tightens the skin while remodeling underlying fat deposits with radio frequency energy. The treatment is similar to BodyTite and FaceTite, but with a smaller handpiece that provides Dr. West the ability to treat the small and delicate areas of the face and body, such as:
- Brows (minimally invasive browlift)
- Upper and lower eyes (minimally invasive blepharoplasty)
- Nasolabial folds
- Bra rolls
- Lower face and neck
As we age, our skin stops producing the youthful quantity of strong, underlying fibers that keep the skin firm and vibrant. This causes wrinkles and fine lines, laxity and volume loss. Morpheus8 is an advanced non-surgical subdermal adipose remodeling device (SARD) that fractionally contours and remodels the face and body. During the process, coated micropins penetrate the skin and channel RF energy into the deeper layers of dermis, stimulating your body’s natural elastin and collagen production. It simultaneously tightens the skin and remodels fat, restoring your youthful beauty. Depending on your Morpheus8 treatment regimen, you can expect to have 1-3 treatments.
There are several advantages to the Morpheus8 Radiofrequency microneedling system. It can be used to treat all skin types, even darker skin tones, that were previously untreatable by aggressive laser resurfacing procedures. Morpheus8 also has the ability to penetrate deeper than traditional microneedling devices, and combines radiofrequency dermal remodeling to provide patients with more impressive results. Treatments have a short recovery time (generally 1-3 days), and is an excellent option for people who wish to avoid the downtown of aggressive chemical and laser peels.
Morpheus8 is most commonly used to treat the face and neck, but it can also be used on areas of the body that exhibit:
- Wrinkles and fine lines
- Acne scarring
- Skin Laxity
- Stretch marks
- Skin discoloration
- Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating)
